My passion is helping capable women turn their pressure into power—and their pain into purpose.
For a long time, I tried to do everything “right.”
I built a successful career. Got married. Bought the house. Checked the expected boxes.
But underneath it all? I felt anxious. Restless. Disconnected from myself.
No matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough.
I kept showing up—at work, in relationships, for everyone else—but I was wearing a mask that got heavier with every role I played.
A deeply painful chapter in my life cracked everything open.
Walking away from my marriage was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. But it was also the moment I truly began to meet myself.
I looked in the mirror and asked,
"Who am I, really— when I’m not busy being who the world expects me to be?"
That question became the beginning of my real transformation.
Before this shift, I spent nearly 15 years climbing the corporate ladder. I know what it’s like to be the reliable one. The strong one. The one who keeps it all going—while quietly burning out inside.
I also know what it’s like to pour endlessly into others… until there’s nothing left for you.
That’s why I do this work now.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a powerful, evidence-based framework that helps you understand and compassionately work with the different parts of yourself. The ones that over-give. The ones that feel not enough. The ones that are exhausted from trying to do it all.
I also draw on a strong foundation in psychology and neuroscience, helping you understand how your patterns were formed — and how to shift them in sustainable, empowering ways.
This work isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.”
It’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been working so hard to protect you — and helping you build a new relationship with yourself, from the inside out.
Somatic awareness, nervous system tools, and real-life coaching strategies are woven in as needed — but always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
It’s not about abandoning your responsibilities or the people you care about — it’s about pulling up a seat at the table for yourself, too.
